SAW Filter

SAW filters are an important component of modern communication systems. This is due to the combination of very good electrical properties with their small dimensions. In addition, SAW filters have more stable properties against external influences compared to their LC element and piezoceramic counterparts.

The main advantages of SAW filters are:

  • high blocking attenuation

  • independence of frequency response (FFR) from amplitude frequency response (AFR)

SAW sensors and SAW IDENT components

SAW sensors are suitable wherever conventional sensor systems come to their limits - be it due to high temperatures, fast movement or because no power supply is possible. SAW sensors are characterized by the fact that they deliver the highest precision even under difficult environmental conditions.
